Although we got a late start, we are enjoying tasty tomatoes our tomato plants are putting out.
In the past, we have been able to grow our tomatoes all year long, which is what we are setting out to do. There is nothing like picking your own tomatoes off the plant for dinner . . . and you can never have too many tomatoes!
If you need information on how to grow your own tomato plants, Fine Gardening has an awesome video series covering various topics. Click here to go to their tomato page.
And if you haven't checked it out yet, click here to go to my tomato links page.

Oh how I would love to be able to grow tomatoes year round. I really need to move south. I would miss the four seasons and believe it or not, the snow.
Oh no . . . not the snow!!! :-)
My grand parents used to grow their own vegetables, including tomatoes. My mom would love to but it's too much work for her. And I, well... I don't bother with it. LOL
We are currently growing our plants in containers which isn't really too much work except to water them frequently.
Thanks for visiting and commenting Marcus :)
you are so lucky to be able to grow tomatoes all year round. I really miss them in the winter up here in the North. I'm with Russ though, I would miss the snow if we didn't live here - at least the first couple of snow falls, but after that I'm ready to move South
Hey Chris! I've never experienced snow!!
Yes, I feel very lucky and wouldn't want to live anywhere else . . . except for when the hurricanes and tropical storms come around.
